I explained that there was no mention of this policy on there web site when I booked the room 3 weeks earlier, in fact what was shown was the daily rate ($162.95) and not the $255.18 that we were charged per night for Saturday and Sunday, and the total amount due. I contacted BW the next day an was told that they charge more for a weekend stay then weekday stays. As for house keeping, in the 4 days that we were there they never made the room once, we had to go ask for clean towels. The second room was not much better, the smoke detector battery needed to be replace, I informed the front desk and offered to replace the battery but they did not have any spare batteries, later on that day maintenance came in and replace it. the following morning I advised the front desk and they offered to move us to a different room, which we did. Were to begin, first night, first room, the tube did not drain, the toilet leaked and kept refilling every 20 minutes or so.which kept waking me up through out the night.
